Principal in sticky situation


Copeland Elementary School’s PTO (Parent Teacher Organization) held a fundraiser to help fund air conditioning for the gym. The group put its principal, Margaret Spicer, in a sticky situation. Students, parents and staff who gave donations were each given a piece of duct tape to tape Spicer to the wall.
