Details: Paul Douglas Lente, 40, of Jonesville, was charged with assault on a female by punching the woman in the temple, according to a Jonesville Police Department report. He was confined in the Yadkin County jail.

Details: A 28 year old Jonesville woman reported being assaulted by being someone climbing on top of her and trying to open her blouse.

Details: Jessica Rose Cummings, 31, of Jonesville was charged with possessing stolen property, driving with a revoked license, having no insurance, having a revoked plate and failing to register vehicle. She was confined in Yadkin County jail with a $500 bond.

Details: A Jonesville man reported larceny of a MZ Mosquito Moped, with a $700 value.

Charge: Warrant for arrest

When reported: Sept. 20, 2:00 p.m.

Location: Tri County Motors, Jonesville

Details: Randal Deal Cline, 42, of Jonesville, was arrested after Cpl. Phipps conducted a vehicle stop, and upon checking the passenger, Cline, information was found showing he had a warrant out for his arrest, according to an incident report.

Charge: Driving with license revoked, expired registration

Details: Justin William Luebcke, 21, of Elkin, was charged with driving with a revoked license and expired registration.
