Votes are in, and the winners of The Tribune’s Virtual Halloween Costume Contest have been decided.

Andrew Watson of North Wilkesboro is the winner in the “Funniest” category, sponsored by Precision Customs. Watson went as a Blue Crayon for Halloween with the caption of his picture being, “Not the sharpest crayon.”

Eric Welborn of Austin submitted a picture of his daughter, Sophie Welborn, dressed as “Sophie the good witch,” which won first place in the “Cutest” category, sponsored by U.S. Cellular.

Soyworks sponsored “Most original,” which went to Tiana Sanders, of State Road. Tiana’s mother, Amy, submitted a picture of her daughter dressed as a “Little Ladybug.”

There was also a winner in the “Scariest” category, which was not sponsored by a business. Craig Cox, of Boonville, was the winner.
