Charge: Possession of stolen goods

When reported: July 11, 2012 at 2:30 p.m.

Location: 200 block of West Main St., Jonesville

Details: Jerry Dewayne Byrd, 55, of Elkin, reported a stolen John Deere riding lawn mower.

Charges: Drunk and disruptive

When reported: August 8, 2012 at 4:35 a.m.

Location: 200 block of Oakland Blvd., Jonesville

Details: John Dustin Spicer, 30, of Charleston West Virginia, was charged with being drunk and disruptive during the early hours of Wednesday morning. The incident reports he was visually intoxicated, yelling and cursing in the roadway.

Charges: Breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering

When reported: August 14, 2012 at 1 a.m.

Location: 100 block of North Arlington Ave., Jonesville

Details: James Walter Curtis, 59, of Jonesville was the victim of reported breaking and entering and larceny. A handgun and other miscellaneous items were among items reported stolen.

Charges: Driving with a license revoked

When reported: August 15, 2012 at 3:50 p.m.

Location: 1000 PVH Quality Way, Jonesville

Details: Tabith Grace Blackwell, 26, of Hamptonville was charged with driving while license revoked while officers were investigating a motor vehicle collision at NC Highway 67 and I-77.
