Church leads Starmount blessing

BOONVILLE — Longtown United Methodist Church Pastor Laura Beach and members Kathy Gray, Amber Harris and Molly Harris visited Starmount High School to have prayer and bless the upcoming school year recently.The blessing was specifically for staff, students and administration, specifically to have a great year. In addition, Longtown members went to West Yadkin School.Teacher Melanie Matthews said, “We appreciated their commitment to the Lord and prayer for our school. What a way to start the school year. Thank you to this church and this community for all you do for Starmount High School.”
