VFW buddy poppy campaign scheduled for May 23-25
Elkin VFW Post 7794 and Yadkin VFW Post 10346 will distribute Buddy Poppies at the Elkin Walmart on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, May 23-25. VFW members will be on site each day to distribute poppies. Proceeds for the event will be used to support veterans programs and other community groups and activities in the tri-county area.
