A restoration project hoping to mitigate erosion and deterioration along the Elkin Creek bank is scheduled to begin on Feb. 11, say town officials. “The main scope of the project is to rehabilitate and enhance the banks of the Elkin Creek within the Elkin Municipal Park and along Memorial Park Drive,” said Adam W.
