Aspen Jackson sings “My Immortal” by Evanescence at the fifth annual Dinner Variety Show. The event was held at the Elkin Elementary gymnasium to benefit the high school music program.
The dinner theater was held Friday and Saturday evening with an audience of roughly 200 people each night, according to the high school and middle school band and chorus teacher Tonya Smith.
Parents and students donated their time to serve tables during the performances, while food was donated for the meals.
The event included individual acts followed by jazz band and and chamber singers selections.

Caleb Harris and Nikki DeFrietas perform a duet of “Poison and Wine” by The Civil Wars.
