For 14 years, the seven-foot daffodil sculpted by Frank Holder has sat outside the Foothills Arts Council.
Director of the Foothills Arts Council Leighanne Martin Wright said she was out of the office Saturday to Friday and returned to find the flower sculpture gone.
“We acquired the piece around 1998,” she said. “Holder is now deceased so the sculpture is irreplaceable.”
