Mrs. Rayna Ratcliffe, age 61,of Sparta Road, McGrady, died Sunday, November 11, 2012 at Wilkes Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Ratcliffe was born August 11, 1951 in Surry County to Folger and Hessie Mickel Gambill. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in North Wilkesboro.

Surviving are her husband, Wayne Ratcliffe of the home; son, Jason W. Peele and wife Dana of Matthews, daughter, Amanda R. Bryant and husband Jason of State Road, daughter, Robyn R. Darnell and husband Ed of Yadkinville, son, Kevin D. Ratcliffe and wife Deckah of Yadkinville; and grand’s girls, Lakan, Lauren, Krista, Charlotte, Katie, Paige and Kailynn.

Memorial service will be held 2:00 o’clock Thursday, November 15, 2012 at First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Dr. J. Keith Franklin officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church Emergency Fund, 401 Sixth Street, North Wilkesboro, NC 28659 or to United Hospice Foundation, 302 West D Street, Suite B., North Wilkesboro, NC 28659.
