Union Baptist Church on the Traphill Union Road is having revival this week through Thursday at 7 p.m. Donald Ball will be bringing the message each night. Pastor Steve Stoltzfus invites you to attend.
The Traphill Fire Department will have BBQ chicken on Saturday and will begin serving at 10:30 a.m. It gets gone fast so be sure to get there early.
The Traphill Fire Department went out on 15 calls during August, making a total of 110 calls this year through August. If you see any of the firemen out and about, thank them for their service to our community.
Wayne Overcash will be preaching at Garden Creek Baptist Church Sunday at 9 a.m. Everyone is invited to worship in this historic church within the boundaries of Stone Mountain State Park. Campers are encouraged to come as they are.
You can enjoy Old Fashion Day at the Stone Mountain State Park on Sept. 26 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Crabgrass Band will be making music at noon. The Friends of the Traphill Library will be selling used books. There will be all kinds of crafts and good food available.
