Faith Baptist Church on the Traphill Road is having Vacation Bible School this week Wednesday through Friday at 7 p.m.
This is the last week of the Summer Reading Program at the Traphill Branch Library. Kids are encouraged to read to win prizes during the summer. On Tuesday,Ronald McDonald was there to show us his new tricks and how much he likes to read. On Thursday, Ms. Becky will have a story time program at 11 a.m.

Larry Norman will be bringing the message next Sunday at Garden Creek Baptist Church at 9 a.m. Campers in the Stone Mountain State Park are invited to come as you are to worship in this historic church.
Congratulations to Macie Bell and all the members of her ball team from Memorial Park that won first place on Sunday. Jaden Hutchison was on another team that won fifth place.
