CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. — Ginger Smith, a teacher at Elkin Elementary School, has been awarded a Reflex Educator Grant.

The grant program awards exceptional educators with an opportunity to use ExploreLearning Reflex, a revolutionary math fact fluency program, with a classroom of students for one year.

ExploreLearning Reflex is a solution available to help students develop fluency with basic math facts (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division).
