A car resting on its side was involved in an early morning wreck that happened in the curve across from Shiloh Primitive Baptist Church on N.C. 268 in rainy and foggy conditions. Three passengers were taken to the hospital by Surry EMS, according to C.C. Camp Assistant Fire Chief Lanny Whitaker. Radio transmissions to Surry 911 Communications indicated there were only minor injuries.
