Jim Pardue, who has served Jonesville’s Timberwood Apartments as maintenance caretaker for nearly 12 years, has been awarded the 2015 Maintenance Caretaker of the Year for North Carolina by the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture, and NC Rural Development. The award was presented to Pardue at the Carolina Council for Affordable Housing Conference in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, on April 25. Timberwood Apartments is professionally managed by Partnership Property Management located in Greensboro.

Hilda Stevenson, who has served Elkin’s Collinswood and Woodrun Apartments as site manager for more than 19 years, has been awarded the 2015 District Winner for the state of North Carolina by the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture, and NC Rural Development. The award was presented to Stevenson at the Carolina Council for Affordable Housing Conference in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, on April 25.
