Once backup arrived, the officer detained her while he searched for the male. The officer then located Michael Charles Carter, 44, of North Bridge Street, hiding behind a tree in the woods behind the house. A search of the vehicle revealed a blue and silver glass smoking device with a small amount of burnt marijuana inside. The officer cited and released both subjects.
