JONESVILLE — Cracker Barrel in Jonesville now has a grade of 95.5, following a Monday morning re-inspection.

The North Carolina Public Health Inspections had previously given Cracker Barrel a score of 83 on its July 13 inspection of the restaurant located at 1717 N.C. 67, a B-rating by health inspection standards.

The violations that were addressed include seven critical and seven non-critical that totalled a 17-point deduction from the possible 100 score.

Upon the re-inspection, the local store still had violations that were corrected in the sight of the inspector, helping their total rating increase by 12.5 points.

While representatives from the Cracker Barrel corporate office could not immediately be reached, a full report of violations are available on the North Carolina Public Health website.
