Reece honored as Eagle Scout

LEWISVILLE — On Oct. 2, Elliott Reece of Lewisville was recognized for his accomplishments as an Eagle Scout of Troop 752, Lewisville at the Clemmons United Methodist Church.

His project was to renovate the outdoor chapel at Clemmons UMC.

Elliott is the son of Matthew and Teresa Reece of Lewisville and has a brother, Luke, who is also a scout. He is the grandson of Kent and Peggy Steele of Jonesville and Ray and Micki Marley of Greensboro and the late Jerry Reece.

A reception and slide show were presented after the ceremony.
