Ebenezer Christian Children’s Home will be having its biannual Share-A-Thon Friday and Saturday, March 22 and 23.

The fundraiser raises funds to pay for operational expenses. Heather Cain of the organization said the event was fun to participate in and asked for volunteers to consider donating their time and money.

Volunteers are welcome to donate their time at hot dog stands, collection points around the towns, and with telephone pledges. Money donations are accepted and appreciated.

Several businesses in the area have agreed to donate a portion of their proceeds during the two days or the entire month. In return Ebenezer’s will acknowledge their support on Hometown Christian Radio, WWWC 1240 am, leading up to and during the Share-A-Thon.

Some of the businesses include Blissful Memories Scrapbooking, Don’s Char-Grill, Empire Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge, Empire Chevrolet, Cadillac, Buick, and Pontiac, PC Source, Sister’s Jewelry, Tilley Auto Sales, Tipton’s Barbeque, USA Wheel and Tire, Victory Toyota, and Wash World.

Those interested, individuals or business, should contact Heather Cain at 336-667-5683.
