Yadkinville residents Calamity Jane Walton, 35, and James Christian Walton, 39, were arrested by the Yadkin County Sheriff’s Office on Aug. 17, on charges of felony larceny by employee, felony larceny, and felony conspiracy to commit Larceny.
The sheriff’s office repor stated that Aug. 3, it received a report from Old Stage Grill in Yadkinville in reference to an employee and spouse stealing items from the business. Detectives with the Yadkin County Sheriff’s Office advised that the couple was seen on video surveillance taking items from the business.
Both Calamity Walton and James Walton were released on a $5,000 unsecured Bond.
