Samul outside after our tour this morning.
Our son, Samuel, is in the Cub Scouts with Pack #648 here in Elkin. As one of his Cub Scout requirements he was to go and tour the WXII 12 newsroom on Tuesday with the rest of the pack. We were unable to attend because my husband had to have unexpected gall bladder surgery on Tuesday. Samuel could also visit a newspaper office or a radio station. To make a long story a little shorter, I contacted the general manager at The Tribune, Nathan DiBagno, to see if he could work it out for our family to come for a quick tour of the newspaper office this week. Mr. DiBagno was very helpful and we went this morning for our tour. I have uploaded a few pictures from our visit. Thanks to Mr. DiBagno for his time this morning!
