CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. — Ginger Smith, a teacher at Elkin Elementary School, has been awarded a Reflex Educator Grant.

The grant program awards exceptional educators with an opportunity to use ExploreLearning Reflex, a revolutionary math fact fluency program, with a classroom of students for one year.

ExploreLearning Reflex is a solution available to help students develop fluency with basic math facts (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division). In countless case studies, Reflex has been shown to produce outstanding results for students of all ages and abilities. Reflex is game-based and highly motivational, so students enjoy the learning process. With continuous monitoring of each child’s performance, the optimal learning experience is created for every child.

The program includes intuitive and powerful reporting, giving educators everything they need to monitor and support student progress.

“We congratulate Ginger Smith on being accepted into the Reflex Grant program. We look forward to great results from the students at Elkin Elementary School,” said David Shuster, Ph.D., ExploreLearning Founder and Publisher.
