Jason Spicer, age 27 of Jonesville passed away Friday, March 29, 2013 at his residence. Jason was born in Surry County on April 5, 1985 to Ronald “Red” and Donna Stanley Spicer.
He was preceded in death by his Grandmother, Mary Stanley and Grandfather, John Spicer, also a nephew Ashton Spicer.
He is survived by his parents, Ronald and Donna Spicer of the home, Brother, Timothy Stanley and wife Melissa of Thurmond, sister, Amy Spicer of East Bend. Grandmother, Helen Spicer of Elkin, Grandfather, Rev. Don Stanley and wife Dorothy of Hays, Special Uncles, Dean Spicer, Lanny Stanley and wife Brenda, Special Aunt, Kristi Vanhoy and husband Donnie, Linda Barber nieces, Shyann Vestal, Emily Spicer, Elizabeth Spicer and Lora Spicer, also special cousins, Amber Vanhoy, Bradley Vanhoy, Brandi Barber, Jason’s best little Buddie, Gavin King.
Funeral Services will be held, Wednesday, 2:00 p.m., April 3, 2013 at Little Mountain Baptist Church in North Wilkesboro by Rev. Steven Shumate, burial will follow in the church cemetery.
The Spicer family will receive friends Tuesday evening, April 2, 2013 at Johnson Funeral Home from 6:00-8:00 p.m.
